Emily Sripinyo is an Associate Attorney at Moore, Christoff & Siddiqui, PLLC.  She is licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.  Emily has been a Family Law attorney since 2017, litigating complex divorce and family law matters including equitable distribution, child support and custody, spousal support, modifications, and protective orders.

Emily has a wide range of legal experience. While attending law school in California, she worked for the Honorable John A. Houston when he was a Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and was an intern for the United States Attorney’s Office Civil Division there as well. After she received her license to practice law in California, Emily worked at the law office of Kissane and Cook doing retirement pension and health care law (ERISA law).

In 2015, Emily and her family returned to Northern Virginia after her husband retired from the military. She began working for Aaron as his legal administrator while she studied to take the Virginia Bar examination. Upon receiving her license to practice law in Virginia, Emily continued with the firm as an Associate Attorney. Emily is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the State Bar of California, the District of Columbia Bar, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Alexandria Bar Association and the Fairfax Bar Association.

Emily received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2002. While there, she served as Lead Articles Editor of the San Diego Law Review and spent a summer studying International Business Law and International Intellectual Property at King’s College in London, England. In addition to her law degree, Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering.

Emily was born in Michigan, but like most military spouses, she has called many places home. She now resides in Northern Virginia with her husband, their two children, and their dog. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and riding horses.
