Christine is active in numerous local service and charitable organizations, including the Chamber of Commerce and Alexandria Bar Association. She is also a long-standing volunteer and member of the Junior League of Washington.

Christine Kirchner

Christine focuses her practice on business representation and civil litigation. She has experience in federal litigation, and specific expertise working with clients in regulated industries.

In civil litigation, she assists clients with matters including contract disputes, business litigation, privacy protection and breach, construction disputes, employer/employee/contractor liability, and general liability issues. Christine has experience in drafting and reviewing contracts including business operating agreements, land use agreements, real estate leases and licensing agreements, and healthcare contracts. She has successfully resolved disputes between businesses and their clients or vendors, and between employers and their employees or contractors. She has extensive experience working with regulated industries, and specifically with issues of USDA, EPA, FDA, FWS, and NMFS regulatory compliance in the areas of land use, agriculture, food, and dietary supplements.

Christine received her bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, and her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. While attending law school, Christine worked as a law clerk for the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, the Public Lands Council, and Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund.

Prior to joining the Law Office of Samuel C. Moore, PLLC, she worked at a law firm in western Nebraska focusing on civil litigation, criminal defense, and business representation. Christine is active in the community as a Regional Coordinator and Alumni Mentor for the Georgetown Scholars Program (GSP), which offers programmatic and financial support for first-generation, low-income college students, as an Alumni Interviewer for Georgetown University, and as a member of the Junior League of Washington.
