We are proud to announce that Benjamin Hyman joined Moore, Christoff & Siddiqui, PLLC, as an Associate Attorney in the Civil Litigation and Corporate Practice Group.
Ben represents clients throughout a variety of industries, including construction, healthcare, insurance, retail and hospitality, and government contracts. In addition to litigation, he counsels clients on corporate and commercial matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, employment matters, and intellectual property protection.
Ben completed his undergraduate degree in the United Kingdom at the University of St Andrews, where he focused on economic policy and corporate finance. Afterwards, he earned his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, graduating Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, Ben worked at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission in Washington, D.C., where he assisted with legal research in the Office of the Inspector General. Before joining the firm, he also worked as an in-house counsel at a community bank in California, where he handled a variety of lending, contract, and regulatory issues.
He is licensed to practice in Virginia and California, and his focus is on providing top-quality legal advice with special attention to the business needs of his clients.
